trying to access my ffxi account but fucking SEaccount info is lost, apparently.
have to sign an agreement and snailmail it to SE to restore access, and then I'll most likely give all my stuff away

Just came back to playing FFXI about 3 weeks ago...everyone I knew pretty much gone
May have to try some FFIV out.

Darn ;; I'd join y'all but Can't make a second character there (Since I'm free till the 16th, then supposedly my friend (The one who while I was in XI let me have Belmonth, for those that remember my Box chara) is planning to pay for me after that, so It'd be rude to be on a diff server from them. Dx

...Plus, they'll only pay for 1 chara on my acct I believe they said, and since I wouldn't be paying I can't really complain either way /shrug lol

What servers y'all on? I miss you guys but have free XIV till jan 16th at least due to friend, and they offered to pay for XIV after that if I liked it too, so it'd be nice to find LS mems on same server if possible. Dx

Things are sooo much better after the Nov update;

- Leveling up has been made much simpler since they lowered the amount of xp needed per level...
- UI is finally up to an acceptable speed...
- Crafting has been made a lot simpler as far as ranking up and repeating the same actions...
- You have a lot more inventory space for both you and your retainer now...
- YG and FFXIV Pro websites are awesome for helping you locate specific armor/weapons/items for sale and their prices, without having to wade through endless bazaars...

and NMs will be added in the next few weeks! ;D

Definitely worth coming back to the game if you have been taking a break, or starting up if you've been hesitant! \o/

probably in the next few months it will be acceptable. its an alright game, a little boring for my taste, but we'll see I suppose.

Its got alot of issues right now but its improving at an ok rate. most ppl i talk to saying by mid dec most major issues will be fixed.along with endgame content being released around that time as well. tho from what i gather its mostly just random NMs and a few other things.

Talking with Godin right now. He's finally quitting ffxi. Chatting about FFXIV, and he says it absolutely sucks. Dis true?
