So are they keeping them the same difficulty or adjusting the enemies to match a lvl75 encounter o.O

They're adjusting the mobs in those CoP areas so there's more areas to exp in. On a happier note, they're not adjusting HNMs so you can finally solo Serket on SAM/GAY.
